An X boat ( sailed by kids under 16) regatta on the lake. Set up on a pier at what I thought would be a good vantage point to paint the 40 plus boats sailing in this TRAP regatta. Blocked in the shoreline... and then the judges called the race due to NO wind. As the spectator boats towed the boats and kids to the mooring place, I quickly painted this fun scene. Reminds me of mama ducks and her ducklings !
