One of my favorite places to paint in along the shore of Lake Michigan in the winter. It is always changing and always gives me a sense of peace and happiness. This winter has been another strange one with little snow and elevator temperatures. I was able to capture this puff ball of an ice berg right before it imploded back into the lake. This may have been the beginning and the end of the ice bergs this year.
