January 2021 is proving to be a foggy one. The fog is freezing on the trees at night which makes the next day a winter wonderland although very grey. I had paged through a book entitled " Effets de Neige : Impressionists paint Winter " the night before and so headed out to find a vista with some buildings AND the effects of the frozen fog. I had to drive around for quite some time and just as I was ready to give up.... there it was, my vista of Effet de Neige.
