The winter of 2017 was hit or miss with the snow fall. This was one of those days. I needed to get out to paint before the snow fall melted. Set up along the Milwaukee River. The water was unusually for early March as the ice was out. The water covered willows were covered with a frosting of snow. Breath-taking !
