A generous family planted a field of sunflowers next to their house as a fund-raiser for the local school.  Little did they know , mobs of people would come out to take selfies and enjoy the flowers.   I set up my easel and enjoyed the scenery and laughed at the crazy people.  A friendly photographer asked to take my photo and then sent it to me.  (Thanks Daniel Longley !)

Too bad that some of the spectators ignored the signs and parked on the grass, touched the flowers, walked in roped off fields and cut the blooms.  I sure hope the school benefited .   It was an awesome sight and very fun to paint!
