April 20 th 2018. The day got warmer and warmer as my friend Pam and I painted this beautiful pond on a nature conservancy property. We could literally see and hear the snow melting.  Lots of peepers keeping us company.  When I arrived home, the snow pants, parka, fleece and gloves went into the washing machine !!   I just wish we had had this heavy snow storm in winter not spring. 

And now, I have to gear up for apple blossom time, lilacs and spring green !
